Dropping the Struggle

When – Date TBC
What if the answer isn’t trying harder?
Parenthood can be one of the most meaningful experiences in life. It can also be one of the most demanding.
Many parents find themselves caught in cycles of worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, guilt or overwhelm. When things feel difficult, our natural instinct is often to try harder, think harder, fix more or push through.
But what if that’s the struggle?
Dropping the Struggle is a six-week ACT-informed course for parents exploring a different way of responding to difficult thoughts and feelings. Rather than battling with our inner experiences, we’ll learn how to make space for them whilst focusing our energy on what truly matters.
Together we’ll explore self-compassion, emotional wellbeing, values, mindfulness and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges with greater flexibility and resilience.
A supportive space to learn, reflect, connect with others and discover a different way forward.
Course Outline
