Volunteer
Volunteers are at the core of what we do. Without them, we would not be able to offer the range of services and support that we do. Whether you’re raising awareness, fundraising, talking to the media, supporting people affected by pre/postnatal mental illness in your community or leading other volunteers, we believe that by working together we can make a difference.
“I volunteer to help break the stigma of perinatal mental health and support those who need it most.”
Current volunteer opportunities:
- Helpline – supporting parents
- Email support – supporting parents
- WhatsApp support – supporting parents
- Social media teams – social media interest and experience
Please note, we require a minimum of 12 weeks’ commitment around days and hours that work for you. We’ll provide you with training and safeguarding, to ensure you have all the information you require.
Working for PANDAS is an extremely rewarding and positive experience. We reward your commitment and hard work with great support, a fantastic online training programme and flexible working conditions. It’s through our staff and volunteers that we can put our strategic objectives into action and end the stigma surrounding perinatal mental illness.
If you are interested in volunteering please do familiarise yourself with our volunteers’ handbook and if keen, download and complete this form and email to lauren.tonner@pandasfoundation.org.uk. Thank you.

Speakers
In response to an increased demand for more information about perinatal mental health, we developed a presentation for corporations, which we can present, and also offer 1:1 training with your teams. This can be conducted online or in your workplace.
