Perinatal mental wellbeing antenatal Course
Launching: Spring 2026
A psycho-educational antenatal course focused on preparing for the impact of parenting on your mental health and wellbeing.

A weekly Monday Morning Zoom Support Call for parents (10am-11:30am)
Launched: Monday 2nd February 2026
A gentle space to begin the week, facilitated by PANDAS staff and volunteers, with an emphasis on peer support amongst attendees

A monthly Non-Birthing Parent Zoom Support Call (8pm-9:30pm)
Launching: Summer 2026
A supportive space for anyone supporting a birthing parent with their perinatal mental health, facilitated by PANDAS staff and volunteers, with an emphasis on peer support amongst attendees
‘Flying’ (from the nest)
Peer Support Scheme
Launching: Monday 16th March 2026
A 1:1 six-week structured peer support scheme where service users are matched with a trained peer support volunteer who guides and supports them through recovery. Limited spaces – referral only.
