What inspired you to start your group? After having both my daughters many years ago I suffered badly with postnatal depression and I didn’t think I should bother my GP & health visitor so I suffered in silence.
What does the building look like, and how will I know I am in the right place? Tesco is the very large store just off the roundabout with easy access on foot or car . There will be someone to greet you at the door.
Is there parking or public transport nearby? Parking is plentiful and the bus stops actually outside.
Any doors, buttons, or steps/ramps I should know about? The entrance is fully accessible to pushchairs, prams, wheelchairs and other equipment
I feel a bit nervous and not sure if this is for me – The biggest steps are always the first ones! You will be in a safe space , no pressure to talk just come along , have a cuppa and biscuit maybe even cake and take it one step at a time.
Is there anything else I need to know? You will always be greeted with a smile. Mums, dads, grandparents and children are all welcome. Make that first step for YOU XX
