Work for Good
Work for good is the simplest way of donating to charity through your business sales, especially if you are time and resource poor.
Work for Good was set up to help charities raise funds from small businesses and offer businesses a fundraising platform which helps them to raise funds for the charities they care about – legally. through work for good. You can donate directly through them, as shown below on their website:
And can select PANDAS Foundation from the drop down.
This way you can select an agreement that you would be happy with, and you would still be able to donate and share your support and generosity throughout your social media.

Payroll Giving
Payroll giving is a tax-free way for employers and their staff to make a regular donations to PANDAS Foundation through their wages. Donating to charities tax-free directly through your salary, Payroll Giving, is the most tax-efficient way to give. Donations are taken from wages after National Insurance but before tax. A donation of £5 a month would cost an employee £4 from their take-home pay (if they pay 20% tax) or £3 (if they pay 40% tax). There are benefits to both employers and employees to be part of payroll giving.
Benefits of payroll giving to employees: -It is easy to set up and comes directly out of your wages. -There is no cap set for the amount you can give. -The donation can be stopped at any time via payroll. Or you can easily change the donation amount any time. -It’s tax effective and costs less to give more.
Benefits of payroll giving for business: -Increases the charitable giving within the company. -Demonstrate your company’s commitment to supporting staff and the wider community. -Your business can see how much charitable business you have helped achieve. -Offers opportunity to gain recognition from your industry peers by attaining a Quality Mark Award – a Government award given to organisations who implement Payroll Giving.
There are no set-up costs for employers. For further information please contact rachel.burn@pandasfoundation.org.uk.

Employer Matched Funding
Did you know that many companies in the UK offer to match the fundraising efforts of their employee for a registered charity? Matched funding gives your employees the chance to boost their fundraising as your business matches the money an employee has raised for PANDAS Foundation. Some companies offer this on a pound-for-pound basis, while others will specify the amount they’re prepared to give.
There are several platforms you can choose from to set up your matched funding scheme. You can also customise it to suit the criteria you’re willing to match. Match funding enhances corporate social responsibility and shows a company cares about what an employee is passionate about. By supporting employee fundraising and donating to a charity it adds value to a company’s brand.
If you are part of a business that might be interested in doing this, or who does this already, then please do let us know. Perhaps your business or organisation might be interested in hosting a fundraising event for PANDAS instead?
We’d love to hear from you and discover how your company can work with us.
