Volunteer

Volunteers are at the heart of the PANDAS community. They use their compassion, skills and experience to provide safe, non-judgemental peer support to people affected by perinatal mental health challenges. Whether welcoming parents into a local or online group, offering one-to-one support, responding through our Call Back service or WhatsApp support, delivering wellbeing programmes, raising awareness or helping our community grow, every volunteer plays a vital role. Together, we help parents feel heard, understood and less alone, and connect them with support when they need it most

We’re always looking for volunteers, so if you’re interested or have any work experience or training in the fields below, please let us know. Please note that the opportunities below relate to our in-person and remote support services.

“I volunteer to help break the stigma of perinatal mental health and support those who need it most.”
