The NEST is PANDAS’ connected pathway of perinatal mental health and wellbeing support, helping parents and those around them through every stage of their journey, from preparing emotionally for parenthood to finding connection and receiving personalised support. Through antenatal education, weekly peer-support calls, dedicated support for non-birthing parents and a structured one-to-one programme, The NEST provides safe, compassionate spaces where families can feel heard, understood and less alone
