Bookable call service
When booking the system will ask for your name (first name only is fine or let us know what we should call you) and a brief summary of the support you need in the “notes” section. It will also ask for your email address and will confirm your call appointment with a follow up email (please do check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive a notification).
We will commit to calling you at your booked call slot. We will make up to two attempts if the phone call is unanswered, please can we ask you to re book.
If you book a call back and are no longer able to take the call, please do cancel with as much notice as possible so that others can book the slot. We will need to know 2 hours before the call commences – thank you
