PANDAS East Grinstead

Thanks to The Balcombe Trust, PANDAS Foundation is rolling out new group openings in 2025 available for parents.

From Friday 25th April parents and carers will be able to access a free face-to- face group that will support them in their mental health.

The group, led by The UK leading perinatal mental health charity, PANDAS Foundation, aims to make sure no parent, family or carer feels alone. The charity have a variety of support services available to ensure help is delivered in a way that is right for everyone.
